Reservation & Booking Conditions

Residents    

Please send a deposit £80.00 per person, foreign language speaking weeks a £200 deposit is required. Clearly stating which course you are booking.

Extra nights are available and are bookable with the hotel on 01303 851231 reservations@thecliftonhotel.com

Day Students

Please send a deposit of £75.00 for each course reserved, clearly stating which day or days and which course you are booking.

Dietary Requirements

All dietary requirements to be notified to the hotel on arrival.

Your booking will be confirmed verbally in person by telephone, email if possible, or alternatively by post.  You will be invoiced for the balance eight weeks prior to the course start date, and the balance must be paid to us at least six weeks before the course commences   Failure to send the balance within six weeks of the course start date will result in you losing your place and forfeiting your deposit.   Your place will be offered to a student on our waiting list.  Please do not delay in sending your payments.

Note - If you cancel your place, all balances and deposits are non-refundable in the event of our failure in being able to relet your place, particularly at short notice. We strongly recommend that you use Cancellation Insurance in the event of an illness or any other unforeseen reason.

Unforeseen Circumstances :-  In the unusual event of an unforeseen circumstance arising such as sudden illness or availability of a tutor, or the need to change at short notice our hotel location or a venue booking, we will endeavor to obtain something similar to what was originally planned without any financial loss or disruption to yourselves.
